Why do we give the power to fear?

As children, we all feel unbreakable so we climb high trees, sing out loud and some of us stick fingers into an electrical plug.

We all explore and experiment, which is great because we need to learn one or two things about the world.

Sometimes it takes one experience to change whole our world. Perception shifts and we start to be more careful.

Years go by and we learnt that we don’t want to jump too high because of fall from high hurts.

Isn’t that a reason why we stopped climbing up our dream(s) tree?

That is the moment when fear takes over.

Negative imagination wins.

Yes, it hurts if we fall, however it hurts much more if we give up. Especially if we give up on playful exploration and expansion.

So how can imagination work for us instead of beating up possible disastrous scenarios?

Befriend truth. Think the truth. Feel the truth. Speak the truth.

Create from your truth.

Nothing else matters. The world smells real from fake.

Nothing smells like real rose.

Fear can not live in truth.

Yes, there are good reasons for fears sometimes, a poisonous spider can kill you if you fear it or not, yet truth brings clarity and speed while fear brings survival mode freeze or flight response which makes us fuzzy and blind to most productive response.

So know the facts and chill.

There are two main things I like to apply.

One is asking:” How will this go? Or “How will I feel during and after?”

Then I sense intuition and body which will give me a pretty accurate clue of a future event.

Another method I use is simply sending good vibes into my future. Day, week, month or particular events.

This two methods helped me to shake off many fears.

Of course, there are areas we fear more than others. If something comes from soul we fear exposure or fall much more than needs coming from the mind.

So the key here is to find somebody who will adore what your soul needs to express. This will bring your mojo back.

Somebody who will simply see the blessing in you or the act of creativity. The world is full of them, just open up a bit. Let them in.
